# Cara mengubah status mahasiswa menjadi "cuti" oleh admin

Pengubahan status mahasiswa menjadi cuti oleh admin dapat dilakukan dengan cara berikut:

1.Masuk modul akademik

2.Masuk menu portal - mahasiswa

3.Klik detail mahasiswa yang akan diubah statusnya

4.Masuk tab menu "status semester"

5.Klik edit

6.Ubah status menjadi cuti

**Catatan:**

Pada tahap 6, terkadang pilihan cuti tidak muncul. Ketika tidak muncul, periksa apakah pada periode tersebut mahasiswa memiliki KRS atau tidak. Jika memiliki KRS, hapus KRS-nya baru ubah status mahasiswanya menjadi cuti.
